ZetaView - Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis

Use the arrow keys to navigate between tabs

Extracellular vesicles (EVs), exosomes, viruses, and virus-like particles are gaining increasing relevance in life sciences and nanomedicine. ZetaView is a dedicated NTA instrument designed to track nanoparticles in solution by analyzing their Brownian motion using laser light scattering and a high-resolution CMOS camera.

The system features a long-pass filter for fluorescence detection, enabling observation of particles labeled with fluorescent antibodies—providing additional biological insights and quantitative analysis of fluorescent subpopulations.

Models with TWIN or QUATT-laser configurations support fluorescence colocalization upgrades, allowing users to determine whether two fluorescent markers are bound to the same particle.

Key Features

  • Scanning NTA – Captures particle data from 11 sections within the sample chamber
  • Auto alignment & autofocus – Minimizes setup time and operator variability
  • Rapid measurement – Size and concentration analysis in ~60 seconds
  • Easy cleaning – Built-in software-controlled pump for fast chamber rinsing
  • Intuitive software – Simple mode switching with user-friendly interface
  • All-in-one design – Supports a broad range of particle analyses
  • Fluorescence mode – One-click switch for fluorescent signal detection
  • Low-cost operation – Requires only a flat-tip syringe for sample input
  • No calibration curves needed – Direct visualization of particle size and concentration without standards
  • Available in single-laser, dual-laser, and quad-laser configurations.
  • Different laser wavelengths and corresponding filter sets enable detection of fluorescently labeled particles.
