ESG Committee

In line with global ESG initiatives, Scientech is committed to both business excellence and corporate social responsibility. Guided by the principle of materiality, we address relevant environmental, social, and governance issues to ensure sustainable operations and strong stakeholder relationships.

To implement these strategies, the Sustainability Committee was formally established on November 3, 2023. The Board of Directors appoints the Chairperson, who develops ESG strategies, sets goals, and oversees the annual Sustainability Report. The Board also supervises these initiatives and reviews the report annually.

The Committee oversees the Sustainability Task Force, which executes the strategies and reports progress to the Chairperson. The Chairperson then provides the Board with semiannual updates on sustainability achievements.
