Corporate Human Rights Policy
Scientech Corporation (the "Company") strictly adheres to the laws and regulations within all jurisdictions of its operations and is committed to protecting the human rights of all personnel, including full-time, contract, and temporary employees, as well as interns. Our policy is grounded in international standards, including the International Labour Organization (ILO) Tripartite Declaration of Principles, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the UN Global Compact.
In alignment with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, the Company has established the following implementation guidelines to operationalize its human rights commitments. Furthermore, we have instituted the Scientech Supplier Code of Conduct, mandating that our supply chain partners uphold the same standards.
