Stakeholders
SCIENTECH aligns with the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES), developed by AccountAbility, a global non-profit organization. Based on the five core principles—dependency, responsibility, attention, influence, and diverse perspectives—we assessed stakeholder relevance according to interaction frequency and operational significance.
With input from external experts, internal discussions, and benchmarking against sustainability reports from peer companies, we identified six key stakeholder groups:

• Government agencies
• Employees
• Customers
• Suppliers
• Local communities
We analyzed each group’s needs, expectations, and areas of concern, and integrated these insights with sustainability issues to determine Synyeh’s material topics. These priorities have been incorporated into our sustainability strategy and serve as the foundation of our ESG commitment.
