The company holds multiple patents, including technologies for high-temperature observation and solder paste wettability evaluation. In recent years, SANYOSEIKO has specialized in supplying a variety of gas environment heating systems tailored to customer requirements.

The high-temperature SMT Scope enables real-time observation of material behavior from room temperature up to 900 °C.

  • In addition to atmospheric and nitrogen heating, the system allows for oxygen concentration control within a nitrogen atmosphere. It also supports handling of formic acid, hydrogen, forming gas, and high vacuum conditions, along with dew point and oxygen level adjustments.
  • Optical magnification ranges from 0.078× to 20×, enabling clear observation of fine solder paste powders. Sample fumes and vaporized organics are removed by flowing atmospheric gas through the chamber, minimizing image distortion and maintaining high image quality.
  • Recorded videos can be quickly edited using built-in software. Measurement tools allow users to analyze length, angle, and area directly from still images captured during playback.

  • JIS Z 3284-4 4.5 – Displacement detecting wettability test for evaluating solder paste wettability
  • JIS Z 3285 5.5 – High-temperature observation test for assessing solder paste characteristics in fine bonding applications
