Personal Data Use Agreement

I have specifically read and agree the following contents:
SCIENTECH attaches great importance to your right to privacy. To ensure the security of your personal data, we strictly adhere the "Personal Data Protection Act" (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Act"). We inform you of your relevant rights and interests, and seek your consent for the company to collect, process and use the personal information you provided to us:
1. The purpose of collection: For specific purpose, such as security management of the company’s premises, information security management, contract fulfilment, service provision, or other legal and contractual matters.
2. Types of personal data collected: This includes but is not limited to name, identity card number, company name, mailing address, home and mobile phone, email, photo and any other personally identifiable information.
3. Duration, region, recipient and method of personal data utilization:
  3-1 Duration:The storage period necessary for the purpose of collection and the execution of business by the company.
  3-2 Region:The location of the company (including branches).
  3-3 Recipient: Our company.
  3-4 Method: The collection, processing or utilization of data by automated machines or other non-automated methods.
4. According to Article 3 of the Personal Information Act, you have the following rights regarding the company's retention of your personal data:
  4-1 You may inquire, request access to, or request copies of your personal data from the company, and we reserve the right to charge reasonable fees, if necessary.
  4-2 You may request the supplementation or correction of your personal data held by our company. However, in accordance with the law, you should provide appropriate explanations for your request.
  4-3 You may request the company to cease collecting, processing or using your personal data and request its deletion.However, in accordance with the law, our company may not comply with your request when it is necessary for the performance of our business operations.
5. Impact of Not Providing Personal Data: If you refuse to provide the requested personal information, the company will not be unable to perform necessary security management, review and processing operations, which may result in the inability to allow you to continue to provide specific services.
