We own proprietary cassette type / boat type / cassette-less type technologies to serve customers of Semiconductor Wafer, Sapphire, Glass, Solar Wafer, Thinning Wafers…etc. Our patented IPA Dryer “Advantech Dry” meets customer’s most critical demanding of advanced dry process.
