ZetaView - Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis

Extracellular vesicles (EVs), exosomes, viruses, and virus-like particles are increasingly gaining attention in life sciences and nanomedicine. ZetaView is an instrument designed for nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA), capable of measuring the trajectories of nanoparticles in a solution.

This technology utilizes laser light reflection within the sample, capturing the Brownian motion of nanoparticles through a high-resolution CMOS camera to analyze particle size and concentration.

The instrument is equipped with a long-pass filter, enabling the observation of nanoparticles labeled with specific fluorescent antibodies, providing additional biological information or more accurate data on the proportion of fluorescent-labeled particles in the sample.

Additionally, ZetaView models with TWIN and QUATT-laser configurations can be upgraded with fluorescence colocalization functionality, allowing for fluorescence colocalization analysis to determine whether two types of fluorescent antibodies have successfully labeled the same particle.

Main features
  • Scanning NTA - Automatically detects particle information from 11 different sections within the sample chamber.
  • Automatic alignment and autofocus - The software automatically adjusts and focuses, reducing operation time and minimizing operator discrepancy.
  • Fast measurement – Particle size and concentration data can be detected and analyzed in just 60 seconds.
  • Quick and easy cleaning – The built-in pump system, controlled by the software, cleans the sample chamber, reducing the time between sample measurements.
  • Intuitive software – The user-friendly software interface is easy to switch between different detection modes.
  • All-in-one design – A single machine can perform a variety of particle property detections and analyses.
  • Fluorescence analysis – The system automatically switches to fluorescence detection mode for fluorescent signal detection with a single click.
  • No high-cost consumables – Only a flat-tip syringe is needed for sample injection.
  • No need for additional calibration curves – Particle size detection and data analysis are directly visualized, eliminating the need for standard particles for particle data analysis.
