CAI ENVEA Group
To meet the needs of the emerging air quality market, California Analytical Instruments was founded by Pete Furton in 1981. From the very beginning, CAI’s mission has been to develop innovative gas analyzer products and systems that will meet the needs of our customers for years to come. Our objective is to deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in the continuous emissions monitoring industry.
Our analyzers utilize proven technologies such as Chemiluminescence, Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR), Flame Ionization Detection (FID), Paramagnetic, Photoacoustic Infrared Spectroscopy (PAS) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) for consistent, accurate measurement of virtually any gas.
INNOVA Photoacoustic Gas Monitoring System
The Innova® 1512 Photoacoustic Gas Monitor is a highly accurate, reliable, and stable quantitative gas monitoring system. Gas selectivity is achieved through the use of optical filters that provide both a means of detecting the gas of interest and compensating for interfering gases and water. Both bench-top and rack-mounted PAS configurations are available.
Main features
- Selectively measures a wide range of gases/vapors
- Linear response over a wide dynamic range
- Stable and Reliable: ensuring a maximum of only two calibrations a year
- User-friendly: easy calibration, configuration, and viewing/analyzing of data via PC
- Accurate: compensates for temperature and pressure fluctuations, water vapor interference, and interference from other known gases
- Extremely low-volume flushing possible
- Operates immediately: virtually no warm-up time necessary
- Remote control capability via TCP/IP network interface protocol
- Expandable up to 16 locations with 700 Multi-Point Sampler: the Gas Monitor can operate as the system controller for full standalone operation
