Core Insight is a company that has been deeply involved in the EOS/ESD field for many years. They specialize in the sales of ESD eliminators and anti-static devices, as well as providing consultancy services for on-site EOS/ESD issues in semiconductors, flat panel displays, and electronic product assembly processes, with an in-depth understanding of EOS/ESD.
Core Insight has been established since March 26, 2003. The headquarters is in Gyeonggi-do, Korea. Model 7380d AirStat® 穩態直流靜電消除棒

Model 7380d AirStat® Steady-State DC Bar Ionizer is specially designed for ultra-sensitive and high-speed device applications. QuadPoint® nozzle is a key patented design technology that can maintain true low offset voltage than any other technologies throughout the industry. Steady-state DC Ionization technology does not
generate an induction field by AC switching high voltage which could lead an ESD damage in some critical processes for advanced package device such as 2.5D and 3D IC process.

Model 7380d AirStat® Steady-State DC Bar Ionizer is suited for space limited environment such as inside of automated handling equipment (AHE) and critical process areas. AirStat® Steady-State DC technology offers accurate output voltage adjustment and achieved at the very low peak offset voltage for ultra sensitive device handling application.

Model 7380d bar ionizer is only allowable air assist bar ionizer to completely compliance to ANSI/ESD S20.20 program that can meet ionizer balance less than ±5 volts and beyond to a single digit.

Model 3810E CoreStat® self-balanced air ionizing blower

Tribocharging is a typical ESD source and induced field from insulators must be controlled in EPA (ESD protected area). Process required insulators are commonly used in many places and should be neutralize by ionization systems. 

CoreStat® self-balanced technology, Model 3810E is designed as class 0 and versatile applications for semiconductor back-end, printed circuit board assembly and general electronics applications. Model 3810E ionizing blower does not required regular based calibration and intrinsically maintains low offset voltage within a spec. 

Facility Monitoring System (FMS) interface will give real time ionizer status monitoring. Visual (LED) and audible (buzzer) alarms operates when HV power fail and out of balance status. Built-in auto-cleaning brush will reduce significant maintenance resources.
