FlowCam 8000
FlowCAM 流式細胞攝像系統是一套將流式細胞儀和顯微成像功能以及熒光技術結合到一起的新型數字式流式細胞分析系統,其可以快速分析水體中的顆粒物,該系統通過流式細胞技術對水體中的顆粒物進行自動計數,同時利用內置的 CCD 相機自動化實時顯示、存儲流動液體中的任何顆粒物的清晰數字圖像,提供精確可靠的分析數據。FlowCAM 在捕捉流體中粒子顆粒的彩色數字圖像信息的同時,也記錄每個顆粒的 ESD 、ABD 、長度、寬度、長寬比和(或)熒光特性等 42 個參數的數字特徵信息。當用戶建立起有效的數據庫之後,FlowCAM 可以實現對粒子樣品的自動識別、分類、計數功能。當您選擇熒光激發或散射光激發功能後,儀器將只對可以發出熒光或散射光的粒子進行識別,排除一些非活體顆粒的干擾,提高對藻類樣品的分析能力。FlowCAM 可以對任何水體進行實驗室、現場或在線分析。
